More than anything, Thanksgiving is a celebration of side dishes–all the vegetables and starches that we sop up our turkey with. In lieu of the turkey, side dishes are extremely important to vegans and vegetarians–to a large extent, side dishes are the Thanksgiving meal. For gluten-free folks, side dishes like stuffing or dressing seem untouchable, so I’ve included several gluten-free specific recipes. Everyone should be able to enjoy some stuffing! Essentially, in this section you’ll find my personal takes on some of my traditional family recipes as well as some newer adaptations of recipes I’ve collected over the years. Enjoy!
